"Lucky"

The moment we brought Lucky home, he became a beloved member of our family. Pick any positive trait about a dog, and that would describe Lucky. He had a wonderful temperament, he was intelligent, loyal, loving, and obedient. As a certified therapy dog, he brought joy to the residents and staff of a local convalescent home for many years. Everyone who met Lucky fell in love with him.    

At home, he loved running, wrestling with his Irish Setter ‘sister’, and digging holes in the yard. He would bury toys, bones, biscuits … whatever was handy. Outside he had boundless energy, yet in the house he was calm and well-mannered.  

Nothing will ever completely fill the hole he has left in our hearts, now that he is gone.  We will always love and miss him dearly.
